During our stay at Doubletree By Hilton, we were actually surprised by the flexibility and accommodation of the hotel. Upon arrival, we were informed that our originally booked beautiful room was unavailable due to an event. the hotel upgraded us to two interconnecting rooms for no extra charge. This gesture made our stay more comfortable and convenient. The rooms themselves were stylish and clean, and the bathrooms were modern and well-maintained.

Although there were a couple of minor drawbacks, such as limited parking options and a lack of windows that could be opened, these did not detract significantly from our overall enjoyment of the hotel.

The hotel's location near the centre of Kingston was fantastic. I loved being just a short 5-minute walk away from the shops and the train station. It made exploring this city so convenient.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this luxurious hotel. The size of the room was perfect for us, and there was plenty of space for our dog to walk around. The breakfast had a high standard with a good selection to choose from. If we need to come back to this area, we would definitely return to this hotel.

I loved this hotel! It's such a great location, just a stone's throw away from the river and a shopping mall. The city centre was also really close, which made exploring really easy. My room was fantastic with so many amenities – air conditioning, heating, tea and coffee facilities, and a sitting area with garden furniture. The staff at the reception desk were really friendly and helpful, and the welcome drink was a nice touch. Room service was great and the laundry service was really efficient too.
